Before You Call

The support staff can best serve you if you:

  • Have access to the computer experiencing technical difficulty
  • Explain the issue in detail: what happened, what you were doing when the problem occurred, how you tried to solve the problem
  • Write down the exact wording of any error messages

Remote Access

For optimal Advanced Access VPN, NYU Langone Health remote users may now download and install an app. Use the link provided in the menu pane at left to access step-by-step instructions for PC and Mac users.

Faculty, Staff and Students of NYU Langone Health are already configured for remote access. Access for Sponsored Individuals will need to be requested.

Please make sure your anti-virus software and system patches are thoroughly up-to-date before attempting remote access, or you may be denied access by safeguards built into our remote access technology.
